Return Policy
Return Policy on Custom Wigs:
We have a 7-day fix policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request adjustments. To be eligible for an adjustment, your wig must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Returns Eligibility on Ready to wear Wigs and Accessories:
We accept returns for wigs and wig accessories within 15 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ashbellewigs.com. Please include your order number and reason for return in your communication.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used wigs or wig accessories that have been worn, styled, or altered in any way.
Clearance items or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
