Return Policy on Custom Wigs:

We have a 7-day fix policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request adjustments. 

To be eligible for an adjustment, your wig must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.



Returns Eligibility on Ready to wear Wigs and Accessories:

We accept returns for wigs and wig accessories within 15 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ashbellewigs.com. Please include your order number and reason for return in your communication.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used wigs or wig accessories that have been worn, styled, or altered in any way. Clearance items or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund. You can always contact us for any return question at Info@ashbellewigs.com

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7] business days.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an accessory item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may request photos of the damage to expedite the resolution process.

Refund Exceptions:

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that do not meet our return policy criteria. Refunds may be subject to restocking fees in certain circumstances, which will be communicated to you prior to processing the refund.
